What a beautiful unpretentious place, with fabulous authentic food and very real hosts. Everything is very tasty, cooked in an unusual style. Very large portions. Espaço Azores is a unique place to try the food of the Azores. Thursdays are terrific days to go there for lunch or dinner. They offer a great selection and are not so expensive for the smells of the area. From the fish, chorizos, blood sausage, octopus, a few types of meat to sweet egg desserts you can try everything. The owners are nice, the space is nice with some views of the bridge, and the service is fast and good. The owner is always present to give you the best offerings of the day and explain how the food is prepared. Good menu with almost all typical recipes from the Azores. Fish, meat, don’t forget to try the desserts. Also, good and inexpensive wine.
