Going to the Altitude restaurant is more than a regular dinner in the family kitchen. This is a mini-holiday in which the whole team participates, from the chef to the waiter who serves you. Situated on the 36th floor of the luxurious Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney, Altitude restaurant benefits from the spectacular views of the harbor that its floor to ceiling windows allow. The menu opens with starters including Sydney rock or Pacific oysters glazed in a red wine dressing and the game fowl in a foie gras, followed by a selection of meats and fishes such as guinea fowl, steamed mussels, mulloway and grilled swordfish.
