You have to understand the products, techniques, and techniques behind the recipes. The teachers at the school are professionals with years of experience. As you learn, you’ll turn in your homework on the school’s platform and receive a detailed debriefing from the curatorial chefs. Study whenever it’s convenient for you. All lessons are already recorded, watch and prepare whenever it’s convenient. You’ll buy most of the groceries on your way home. But if you don’t find or eat something, the course has worked out substitutions, and there are mentor chefs in the chat room with whom you can discuss adapting the recipe to suit you.
