Metropolitana is a unique and innovative project in a national and international context that bases its value on a broad and cross-cutting activity in teaching music and promoting musical culture. Metropolitana is a non-profit cultural institution founded in March 1992 for the purpose of disseminating and teaching classical music. Music students who focus on creativity and honing their playing skills will enjoy individual work with professors, small group sessions and intense, sometimes grueling performance activities, but as a reward – the opportunity to become a world-class musician. There are various undergraduate programs, such as vocal, guitar and piano. The institution also organizes concerts and offers dance and drama classes. Getting into this school is a huge success because only the best students are accepted there.
