Despite its democratic bar concept, O Raposo is a full-fledged restaurant. Its menu departs from the ascetic traditions of English cuisine: the main principle is variety, mixture of tastes, styles and ingredients. Both the menu in general and separate dishes based on interesting flavor combinations are original. Duck breast with “drunken” pear and salmon steak with spinach, juicy roast beef and baked with Provencal herbs dorado – if you want to give your taste buds an unforgettable experience the restaurant will do it. Special attention should be given to dishes cooked on a heated rock – a unique novelty of the restaurant. Restaurant’s guests take part in preparing the dishes, they have a stone grill and can choose from delicate cheese, beef sirloin, juicy pork or salmon fillet. The culinary handmade is served with an assortment of author’s sauces.
