Modern Asian restaurant Sushi Delicia. The concept is based on Asian cuisine where the principles of clean, healthy eating and high-quality product are observed. Menu is based on sushi, sashimi and hand rolls from salmon, tuna bluefin, eel, scallop and shrimp ebi and bowls. The bar list features Asian drinks: sake, fruit wine from Japan, Asian whiskey and signature cocktails. In summertime a cozy patio terrace with awning from the sun and rain is available. The main thing in the dish considers the perfect balance of organoleptic properties – a combination of sour, salty, sweet. The basis of each dish is the high quality of the original product, which is given a form, revealing its taste. Particular attention is paid to the visual component – the food must be beautiful, appealing, while being familiar and understandable.
