Wood Sushi is not a Chinese restaurant, as the name might suggest. It is a bold and fascinating play on Asia, inspired by the rich and vibrant culinary traditions of China, Japan, and Korea. The vibrant project balances between the formats of a modern Asian restaurant and the city’s first Asian cocktail bar. Laconic but carefully chosen menu combines modern versions of popular Chinese, Japanese and Korean dishes (eggplant in Chinese style, crystal dim sum and crispy gedza with various fillings, tataki, spring rolls, Japanese desserts) and original dishes inspired by the gastronomic traditions of these countries: Hawaiian poke with fresh tuna and salmon, ceviche and noodles à la Cantonese.
