The interior is totally recycled by the hands of the owners: the floors, the window, doors, and tiles have already served someone, the walls and ceiling are made of adobe clay. Though the format is based on the canon of Portugal dishes, eateries without menus where you are fed with what is prepared today, the quality of food in Lisbon can by no means be compared with it. Besides, the restaurant does not fry anything, and in India, you can squeeze the oil and not overload it with spice. The restaurant starts working in the morning and serves breakfast from this time (till 12 o’clock). From five o’clock you can order dinner.
