This is one of the few restaurants in Lisbon where all meals are made exclusively from local farm products. Chefs work only with local farmers who respect the environment and do not use chemical fertilizers and additives. The restaurant menu is based on culinary traditions of Lisbon region. The brand-chef has developed a menu in the genre of agro-eclectic – it sounds complicated, but in fact everything is delicious and homemade. When designing the interior of the restaurant “Dote” they tried to recreate a sense of comfort, but in a modern interpretation with a touch of bohemian glitz and authentic flavor. The gastronomic concept of the restaurant is based on culinary traditions of the city. Restaurant “Dote” is designed for those who love and appreciate the Portuguese history, family life, homemade and understandable cuisine. And also for fun, soulful meetings and noisy celebrations, which we all certainly deserve.
