Largo Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro 18, 1200-443 Lisboa, Portugal
At this restaurant, the chefs offer you a taste of classic Italian dishes in a modern twist by two talented chefs. We serve beef tartare with caper sauce and slices of Italian Parmesan, and sea bass crudo with pesto and ricotta cream. As is customary, they cook pizza on thin dough with different toppings: we add pear to the traditional four cheeses, artichokes to prosciutto, and mushrooms and truffle oil to Brie. The emphasis in the menu is also on pastas with plenty of sauce, risotto, ravioli and, as is customary in the north of Italy, thoroughly hot seafood, fish and meat dishes. Complementing the exquisite dishes will be a unique wine list, in which the sommelier has paid great attention to enogastronomic correspondence. The list includes famous wines from all over the world, unique drinks of small family farms, as well as topical organic and biodynamic ones. In addition, guests are offered several types of Visconti Chiado, the “pearl” of white winemaking in northern Italy.
