Pinóquio menu is dominated by the freshest seafood from around the world. The Catch of The Day section features farm and wild fish, while the raw bar features seafood. The tone of the main menu, which also features meat and vegetables, is Mediterranean: a mix of Italy and Israel, authenticity and modernity.
All kitchen stations are open: grill and pastry shop, pasta lab and bakery are among them. It is the largest and most modern fish restaurant in Lisbon.
