Casas de Fez is a gated housing development located on Rua de Fez in Porto. It consists of seven single-family homes with private access. The houses are designed for residential use and are located near public transport, shops, and essential services.
Each unit includes a private garden, internal lift, and fully equipped kitchen. The buildings are equipped with central heating, electric shutters, thermal insulation, and LED lighting. A solar system provides domestic hot water, and a central control system allows management of lighting and shutters via tablet.
The project was completed in 2021. One of the houses is currently available, offering multiple bedrooms, private outdoor space, and indoor parking. The homes are part of a closed condominium with shared access control.
